Isuzu North America in Greenville County, SC is seeking an experienced Production Logistics Director to lead plant-level logistics, ensuring timely receipt and movement of production materials to support vehicle assembly and finished vehicle movement within the site.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in automotive manufacturing or logistics, 5+ years of leadership, and a proven track record in budgets, KPIs, safety, and continuous improvement aligned with Isuzu’s global standards and the U.S.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or higher.
10+ years in automotive manufacturing or logistics.
5+ years of leadership in logistics or manufacturing operations.
Experience managing budgets and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.

Mansioni

Direct plant logistics operations: receiving, warehousing, material handling, production parts control, and inventory movement.
Coordinate inbound production parts delivery and ensure timely materials to assembly operations.
Oversee finished vehicle logistics, including movement to inspection and shipping lots.
Lead development of the plant logistics organization and leadership team.
Implement logistics policies aligned with Isuzu's global standards and U.S. practices.
Manage budgets, staffing, safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Establish and monitor KPIs for material availability and production schedules.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and plant leadership.
Identify challenges, propose improvements, and implement approved solutions.
Maintain OSHA compliance and environmental health and safety standards.
