The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, with proven plant leadership, P&L ownership, and a track record of turning around performance via Lean, continuous improvement, and strong team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading complex manufacturing plants.
• Track record of improving quality, cost, delivery, safety, and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.
• Experience with automotive launches and customer requirements.
• Plant financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
• Leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant operations including production, quality, engineering, maintenance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to support objectives and growth.
• Ensure the plant meets quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accountability for ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Drive a culture of quality, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence initiatives.
• Analyze processes and metrics to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Establish KPIs and management systems to monitor performance.
• Develop and manage the plant's annual operating plan, budget, and financial performance.
• Oversee plant P&L, labor efficiency, inventory, and cost control.
• Respond effectively to customer quality issues and escalations.
• Lead new product and program launches with successful production ramps.
