Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking a Plant General Manager to lead a complex automotive manufacturing operation. The role requires hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of quality systems, Lean manufacturing, and strong financial acumen to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will build high-performing teams, drive accountability, and deliver sustainable improvements across quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and safety in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Formación

Proven experience leading complex manufacturing plant or major manufacturing operation.
Demonstrated track record of delivering improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
Experience with automotive launches and customer requirements.

Responsabilidades

Provide overall leadership for plant operations including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, materials, safety, delivery and cost performance.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and standard work to boost efficiency and output.
Establish and monitor KPIs and manage the plant's annual operating plan and budget.
