Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Plant General Manager for a Kentucky automotive manufacturing facility.

You will provide strategic leadership across production, quality, safety, delivery, cost, engineering, and continuous improvement to meet customer and company expectations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, with proven experience leading a complex plant, delivering measurable improvements in quality, cost, delivery, productivity, safety, and profitability, and capable of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant or major operation.
Track record of improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Strong plant-level financial management knowledge.

Responsabilités

Provide leadership for plant operations including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, safety, delivery, and cost.
Develop operational strategies aligned with customer requirements and business growth.
Ensure quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
Maintain ISO compliance and customer-specific quality systems.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and standard work.
Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasts.
Develop and maintain KPIs and accountability.
Foster a performance-driven culture.
