Job summary

BRAM Auto Group in North Bergen, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to manage biweekly payroll, ensure accuracy, and maintain records using ADP Workforce Now. This full-time role focuses on compliance, reporting, and timely paychecks.

You will collaborate with HR and finance, handle exemptions, deductions, and benefit data, and generate weekly management reports. Prior ADP experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now Payroll System preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Sufficient computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Compiles payroll data such as hours worked, salaried, commission and deductions to accurately compensate employees.
• Reviews wages and corrects errors to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Records changes affecting net wages and updates master payroll records.
• Maintains I-9 binder for active employees and payroll files.
• Generates weekly management reports and payslips.
