Job summary

Hermann Services, Inc. in South Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processing, driver settlements, and benefits administration at our local office. The role requires experience with ADP WorkForce Now and familiarity with FMLA, NJ FLA, and NJ FLI.

Transportation industry experience is preferred. The Payroll Coordinator will handle wage garnishments, state agency inquiries, and generate payroll reports using TMW and ADP, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP WorkForce Now or similar HRIS.
• Data entry experience with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with Confidential information.
• Experience working with FMLA, NJ FLA, and NJ FLI preferred.
• Transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new hire information in ADP
• Processes driver settlements and payroll through Transportation Management System (TMW)
• Manage our Driver Sign-on and Referral Bonus process
• Administer employee benefit plans through ADP, including reconciliation of invoices
• Administer FMLA, NJ FLA, and NJ FLI processes
• Enter wage garnishment, unemployment, and third-party sick pay information in ADP and/or respond to state agencies
• Run , compare and analyze reports
• Other duties as assigned
