Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school courses acceptable.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn.
• ASE certifications a plus; NAPA Know How.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory, labor, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across channels.
• Model expected behaviors and customer standards.
• Oversee opening/closing routines and cash reconciliation.
• Handle scheduling, compliance, performance tracking, and basic P&L awareness.
• Monitor sales, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and loss prevention.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance management.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
