Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade training optional.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn all things automotive.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory systems.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs in certain situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to achieve growth and profitability.
