O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and assists professional customers as needed.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with a focus on helping customers select the right parts and services. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering calls, lookup up parts, quoting prices, processing transactions, and promoting related items.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer/service customers as needed.
• Answer phones, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process cash/checks/credit transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Assist with stock, planograms, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if required.
