NAPA in Miami, FL is seeking a dedicated Automotive Parts Specialist to help fleet customers find and source the right parts. You'll work with a team to provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes parts knowledge, customer service, and the ability to ask the right questions to ensure accurate sourcing. A valid driver's license and basic automotive experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical courses a plus.
• Familiarity with cataloging, sourcing, and inventory management systems.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and source parts for fleet customers.
• Assist team members and answer questions for customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
