Job summary

NAPA in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Parts Professional to provide prompt and courteous service to customers in-store, by phone, or at the dealer's shop. You will look up parts in catalogs or the POS system, process orders accurately, and advise customers on parts, warranties, and sales programs with solid product knowledge.

You will support other store personnel, handle parts with care, and maintain a professional appearance while meeting performance standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to establish and maintain courteous, professional service.
• Capable of recognizing part numbers and line codes quickly.
