O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in Cary, IL to deliver high-level customer service for retail and installer customers. The role includes assisting management, processing transactions, and performing store operations with belt-and-suspenders compliance.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, quoting prices, maintaining the cash drawer, handling exchanges, and supporting inventory and product placement.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.
• ASE certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service staff.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, and quote prices.
• Process transactions and manage cash drawer.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Assist with stock, planograms, and inventory tasks.
• Provide in-store services when allowed.
• Occasionally drive deliveries as needed.
