Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns according to policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup prices, and quote items with Low-Price Guarantee.
• Maintain cash drawer and process exchanges/returns for credit.
• Perform stock upgrades, planogram updates, and in-store services as trained.
• Occasionally drive deliveries when needed.
