Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high level service to retail and installer customers, greet shoppers, look up parts, and quote prices. You may assist managers with tasks, process transactions, and handle returns with a friendly approach.

Position includes a range of compensation and premiums, with bilingual capability encouraged. The role supports store operations and may involve occasional deliveries, inventory tasks, and customer service initiatives across the shop

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Maintain shelves, perform stock updates, and assist with store tasks.
