O'Reilly Auto Parts in Texas seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management and assist with daily tasks including in-store services and stock maintenance.

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail/walk-in customers in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process exchanges and returns according to policy.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments (cash/credit).
• Assist with stock, planograms, and in-store merchandising.
• Perform daily operational tasks and stock checks as directed.
• Provide in-store services (wipers, batteries, lighting, diagnostic checks) where allowed.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
