- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Deliver outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
- Ability to multitask across in-store and phone interactions.
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
- Promote and follow customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee).
- Assist professional customers and service specialists as needed.
- Handle cash, digital payments, exchanges and returns per policy.
- Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, upsell items.
- Perform inventory and planogram tasks and store upkeep.
- Support drivers and daily store operations as needed.
