Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in completing tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policies and procedures.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform in-store tasks such as stock, planogram updates, and fronting shelves.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, lighting) where permitted by state law.
