NAPA is seeking a Store Associate to serve as the primary contact for customers in our Grass Valley store. You will provide automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and help drive store performance through product knowledge and responsive service.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, accurate order fulfillment, teamwork, and adherence to store procedures. A starting hourly rate of $20.25 is offered with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive, engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS, inventory, and catalog systems; assist customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and assist with housekeeping.
• Assist with inventory activities and order fulfillment for deliveries.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
