Job summary

NAPA in Johnstown, PA is hiring a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers, delivering a high-quality shopping experience and expert parts guidance. You will support both retail and wholesale customers, sustain accurate inventories, and help ensure efficient store operations.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, use of POS systems, and collaboration with the team to drive loyalty and store performance. ASE not required but preferred in some cases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and prepare orders for customers and drivers
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a safe, professional store environment
• Assist with inventory control activities including receiving, stocking, cycle counts
• Support store operations and continuous improvement initiatives
