Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA store is seeking a Store Pro who serves as the primary customer contact and delivers a high-quality automotive parts experience. You will support both retail and wholesale customers, apply product knowledge, and contribute to store performance through responsiveness and teamwork.

Responsibilities include providing accurate parts solutions, operating POS and inventory tools, coordinating deliveries, stocking shelves, and assisting with general store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn automotive systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
