Genuine Parts Company, operating the NAPA store, seeks a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers in the retail environment. You will deliver automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers, leveraging product knowledge and responsive service to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

You will operate POS and catalog tools, coordinate deliveries, assist with inventory, and maintain a clean, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
