Responsibilities include maintaining the cash drawer, handling returns, stocking and merchandising, aiding with in-store services (wipers, batteries, trouble codes), and occasional local deliveries.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Multitask: serve customers in-store and on the phone.
• Desirable: familiarity with automotive parts and ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Maintain cash drawer, process cash/credit payments, and handle returns.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Stock shelves, planograms, and perform daily operation tasks.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes) and occasional deliveries.
