Job summary

NAPA in Meriden, CT seeks a customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to deliver automotive parts solutions and exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will use POS and catalog tools, assist with inventory, and build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business. This role reports to Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and offers growth within NAPA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS and inventory/catalog tools to process transactions and orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and receiving merchandise.
