Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card processing, and returns.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Maintain cash drawer securely and process exchanges per policy.
• Support inventory tasks, stock, and planogram updates.
