Training, cash handling, and in-store services are key responsibilities. The role emphasizes multilingual capability, premium service, and adherence to company policies on exchanges, returns, and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner.
• Assist with stock replenishment, planogram updates and store housekeeping.
• Operate brake lathe and other equipment after training where applicable.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wiper installation, battery tests) as allowed by state laws.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs require it.
