Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist their merchandise selection.
• Support store management and assist professional customers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy and resolve issues.
• Maintain and stock shelves, assist with plans and image updates.
• Assist with returns to distribution center and monthly stock counts.
• Perform in-store services such as battery tests and headlight replacements.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle; meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
