Qualifications

• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs.
• Assist professional customers and walk-in customers as needed.
• Process exchanges/returns and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Address customer complaints and provide resolutions.
• Perform daily store tasks including stocking shelves and preparing returns.
