O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and provides accurate pricing, quotes, and product recommendations.

The position emphasizes friendly customer interactions, cash handling, and adherence to company policies. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (desirable).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process transactions and handle cash, checks, and card payments accurately.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy and maintain accuracy of the cash drawer.
• Respond to customer complaints in a friendly manner and resolve issues.
• Assist with stock updates, planograms, and store upkeep.
