O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to both retail and installer customers and support store management. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient assistance, accurate transactions, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process transactions and handle cash/change/credit card payments.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock updates, planograms, and image maker tasks.
• Perform store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
