Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers in a Washington state store. You will greet customers, help them select merchandise, and support management in daily tasks.

The role requires strong customer service skills, multilingual ability is a plus, and the candidate must be able to multitask between in-store and phone interactions while maintaining accuracy in pricing and processing transactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy and resolve customer issues kindly.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate.
