O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of customer service to both retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and promotes internal service programs.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered for positions requiring multilingual communication. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, process transactions, and help with stock and planograms.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail customers in selecting merchandise.
• Serve professional customers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls and look up parts and prices.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and inventory counts.
• Perform in-store services (where allowed) such as wiper installs and battery checks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
