Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and the role involves welcoming customers, handling transactions, returns, and various in-store services.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs, i.e. Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and returns per policy.
