O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and promotes core service programs.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will assist with daily operations, merchandising, and basic vehicle services. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, assisting professional customers, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and related systems is a plus.
• ASE certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs.
• Assist professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, receipts, and credit transactions accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support stock, merchandising, and light store maintenance tasks.
• Perform in-store services and basic vehicle-related tasks as trained.
