Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high levels of service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks.

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, handle cash, returns, and phone inquiries, and participate in daily operations, including stock, planograms, and in-store services.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Multitask in-store and on the phone.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, exchanges and credit transactions.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Perform daily store operations and test equipment after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, etc.).
