NAPA in Omaha is seeking a Parts Professional to deliver prompt, courteous service in-store, over the phone, or at the dealer's shop. You will look up parts in catalogs or the POS system and process customer orders with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Be able to provide courteous, efficient and professional service.
• Strong ability to recognize part numbers and line codes quickly.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Look up parts in catalogs or POS system and process orders accurately.
• Advise customers to best meet their needs and answer technical questions.
• Maintain professional appearance and store displays.
• Support and assist other store personnel as needed.
• Handle cash and transactions and ensure proper pricing methods.
