Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, with expert store system knowledge and parts expertise. The role involves identifying parts, troubleshoots, and sourcing from multiple channels.

You will handle DIY services, manage inventory, and contribute to high customer service standards. Must have 3–5 years in automotive parts; ASE preferred but not required. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Read and interpret safety rules and parts catalogs; basic math and Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers visiting or calling.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Assist in DIY services and keep areas clean and organized.
