Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions in-store. The role requires automotive parts knowledge, experience with store systems, and ability to source from multiple channels.

3-5 years of parts experience preferred; ASE certification is a plus; valid driver's license required. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities to lead and manage responsibilities.

Formación

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock).
• Store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
