Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Manager for our Southern Pines dealership. This on-site role focuses on planning, budgeting, and overseeing the parts department to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

You will monitor inventory, reconcile invoices and returns, and generate monthly management reports while coordinating marketing efforts and leading weekly department and manager meetings.

• Track the daily gross sales of parts department
• Reconcile and report shortages and/or damage
• Reconcile parts/warranty return reports
• Compile and analyze monthly management reports

• Ensure the quality of customer service provided by parts department
• Coordinate parts marketing
• Calculate and submit monthly obsolescence reports
• Hold weekly department meetings
• Attend weekly manager meetings

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

Certification, License and/or Registration
