Cox Enterprises is seeking an inventory control specialist to manage movement of automotive parts through the Sorting system for reconditioning services. You will ensure accurate parts movement, coordinate pricing with Procurement, and monitor repair timelines while maintaining strong safety compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, solid computer skills, and good communication. Optional experience includes installing or ordering parts; valid driving license is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 3+ years of experience related to automotive parts preferred.
• Solid computer skills required.
• Effective communication and organizational skills are required; attention to detail essential.
• Experience in installing or ordering automotive parts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Control inventory flow through shops and Sorting (Inventory Management system) for reconditioning services.
• Provide accurate movement by file updates in Sorting for body and mechanic services.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure accurate pricing of parts and supplies billed on work orders.
• Monitor repair status, timelines, transportation and customer communications related to approved reconditioning estimates.
• Demonstrate safety commitment by following safety and health procedures and supporting Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
