Job summary

Polynesian Adventure Tours is seeking a Warehouse Parts Clerk to manage the flow of parts and supplies in our Honolulu warehouse. This hands-on role includes packing/unpacking, stocking, deliveries and pickups, loading/unloading, organizing and labeling bins, and processing warranty claims.

You will operate lift trucks, read schematics, order parts, and assist mechanics, ensuring a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' warehousing and parts ordering experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Computer literacy for inventory, ordering, and vehicle service software.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and parts manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift certification required.
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Parts Clerk keeps our fleet running by managing the flow of parts and supplies in and out of our warehouse. This hands-on role includes packing/unpacking, stocking/restocking, deliveries and pick-ups, loading/unloading, organizing and labeling bins, and processing warranty claims. You'll operate lift trucks, read schematic drawings, order parts, issue parts and materials to mechanics, and help keep our work areas safe and organized.

• Inspect incoming parts for correct item, quantity, and potential damage
• Unload, sort, and store parts in their proper location
• Operate a forklift and lift-gate truck
• Research part orders using manuals, websites, and supplier calls
• Pick up and deliver parts
• Process warranty claims and prepare shipping documents
• Assist with parts invoicing
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
• Accept new responsibilities positively and perform other job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Experience, Other Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing and parts ordering for automotive, motorcoach, minibus, or heavy equipment
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving history required
• Computer literacy with the ability to use inventory, ordering, and vehicle service software
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and parts manuals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel
