Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking a Parts Technical Specialist to act as a technical resource for dealership personnel and internal teams. You will guide parts applicability, identify parts, and support customer and dealer inquiries with OEM resources to drive accuracy and revenue.

You will develop training materials, maintain knowledge bases on automotive parts systems, and collaborate across departments to improve service quality and operational performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in Automotive Technology, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in the automotive parts industry.
• Experience developing technical documentation, training materials, or instructional content preferred.
• Working knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle technologies, accessories, and parts operations.
• Ability to interpret technical, product, and OEM information and translate complex concepts into practical guidance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• ASE Certification preferred; OEM certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on parts applicability, fitment, and accessory compatibility.
• Research and resolve parts-related inquiries and warranty questions with OEM resources.
• Develop and maintain technical reference materials and training resources for dealership personnel and internal teams.
