Driven Distribution Group, a leading automotive aftermarket distributor, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle orders, inquiries, and returns, supporting sales and operations.

In this fast-paced, team-oriented role, you will process orders, provide product information, coordinate with warehouse and shipping, and maintain CRM records while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience in automotive aftermarket, distribution, or retail parts.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including order entry, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, or email.
• Accurately process customer orders in the company system.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers.
• Handle returns, warranties, and complaints according to company policies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support outside sales representatives with customer needs and account management.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business.
• Stay informed about product lines, promotions, and industry trends.
