Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of office experience.

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, AS/400).
• Advanced organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs with high service level; process POs and production releases, track shipments and reconcile totals.
• Collaborate with departments to generate daily shipping orders and production efficiency reports.
• Add new parts to AS400; adjust prices; verify finished goods pricing in the system.
• Back up material planning reports and production orders.
• Check and count raw inventory and finished goods; resolve related issues.
• Handle accounts payable tasks including organizing and mailing checks as needed.
• Manage packing slips and invoices; submit receipts for monthly card bills.
• Order MRO items and other items via Regency platforms (e.g., Amazon).
• Develop and maintain data integrity and security of manufacturing system information; create reports.
• Maintain customer communications and company websites; support cross-functional teams.
• Carry out general office duties; respond professionally to visitors and calls.
• Monitor mail, stock supplies for visits and events; support 6S continuous improvement activities.
