This role covers the full parts sales process, from helping customers and technicians identify what they need, to sourcing special orders and keeping inventory accurate. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a Ford dealership parts department required
• Deep knowledge of Ford parts, systems, and inventory processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical, math, and computer skills; comfortable learning new software and systems
• Ability to manage multiple requests accurately without losing attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
