Job summary

You will use electronic catalogs and dealership systems, process orders and returns, maintain inventory, and collaborate with the service department to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus).
• Familiarity with Ford parts systems (or similar OEM systems).
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Position Summary:

The Parts Counter-person is responsible for assisting retail and wholesale customers, as well as service technicians, in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of automotive systems.
