Livermore Ford in Livermore, CA is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson with a strong Ford background to join its parts department. You will handle the full parts sales process, assist customers and technicians, source parts not in stock, and maintain accurate inventory while delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Ford dealership parts department, deep Ford parts knowledge, strong computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Ford dealership parts department.
• Deep knowledge of Ford parts, systems, and inventory processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the parts sales process from initial inquiry through fulfillment.
• Source parts not currently in stock in collaboration with the parts manager.
• Process special order requests and follow through to delivery.
• Communicate parts status to customers and internal staff throughout the transaction.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory levels and ordering systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and applicable regulations.
