Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Love fast paced retail environments

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers at the counter or over the phone
• Use parts knowledge to assist team members in answering customer questions
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions in the store
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced store environment
