Genuine Parts Company, through its NAPA stores, is seeking a Counter Sales associate to serve as the face of the store and help customers with their automotive parts needs.

You will use your parts knowledge to assist customers and teammates, provide excellent service at the counter, and help maintain an organized, fast-paced retail environment. This role welcomes both full-time and part-time candidates and offers training and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Background in an auto parts store or automotive industry preferred or willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Technical or trade school coursework or degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and positive store interactions.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, customer-centric shopping experience.
• Greet customers and engage to ensure a positive experience.
• Utilize computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog systems.
