Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify/purchase parts.
• Answer calls with knowledgeable, friendly support.
• Process and fulfill parts orders promptly.
• Pull and prepare inventory for pickup/delivery.
• Use inventory, catalog, and POS systems efficiently.
• Assist teammates during busy periods.
• Stock and organize the store.
• Communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• Maintain a safe, positive workplace.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
