Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Coquille, OR is hiring a Parts Counter & Delivery Professional to provide excellent customer service at the counter and on the road. You’ll help customers find the right parts, process orders, and ensure timely delivery while representing the NAPA KNOW HOW brand.

• Available to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver’s license.
• Prior automotive, parts, or delivery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying and purchasing the correct auto parts.
• Answer incoming calls and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer support.
• Accurately place, process, and fulfill parts orders in a timely manner.
• Deliver parts orders to local customers, shops, and businesses safely.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or delivery.
• Utilize inventory, catalog, and POS systems efficiently.
• Support teammates during busy periods and cross-counter coverage.
• Assist with stocking and store organization as part of daily tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and management.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful workplace; take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
